DIY Glam Patch Pants – I made this with EVERYONE in mind. I know that sewing can be a challenge for a few people, so this DIY can be done using a garment that you actually made – or for non-sewers a garment that you purchased!!
I purchased these super cute camouflage pants from Wal-Mart in the Mens section. They came in several solids and prints. I have on the S(34-36) and this is the fit. I paired it with a black low cut bodysuit I made. However, a bodysuit like this can be purchased anywhere, such as Fashion Nova (they carry women and plus sizes too).
Now on to the patches! I spent nearly $80 buying patches from JoANN and Hobby Lobby…and I still didn’t have any that I absolutely loved. Most of their patches are for kids. The limited adult selection mostly includes lipstick and roses. That led me to doing an amazon search, which ended up in me purchasing over 200 patches for $40. Major WIN!! Especially since the patches at JoAnn are like $3/$4 for one.
Man, I wish I could get that $80 back. I have receipts, so I think I can.
Anyway, guess what?! I made a video and infographic for this. If you don’t like watching videos, no worries, I wrote it all up in an easy to read prettygraphic.
