#M7744 First let me say, I want to make another onnnnneeee!! This pattern is so pretty, McCalls truly outdid this Spring Pattern line!! I used a wax Ankara fabric. I think thick cottons or a medium weight fabric will make this dress style pop. That’s why I love veritable wax fabric (so stiff, with a defined drape)…I wish I could find in solid prints too…but it is usually made in African print.
I added length to the sleeves, which brought it down to my wrists. I also wanted the sash bow. Any view of this dress is great.
